Staying here was a veritable delight—if you love overlooking a back parking lot. And, don’t even get me started on the shampoo. it's as if they’re trying to rip my hair out! I had hoped for a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but no such luck. Almost left a good review, but couldn’t. Just couldn’t.

Charming lakeside retreat

Our spacious room provided a stunning view of the water, while the outdoor seating area let us enjoy beautiful sunsets every evening. The friendly staff made us feel right at home.

The only downside was the absence of an elevator, which could be a challenge for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

Had an amazing family trip with the kiddos! We enjoyed breathtaking sunsets while relaxing by the private beach. The suite was spacious enough for all six of us, and we appreciated the charm of this hidden gem by Lake Michigan. Perfect spot for wine tours too!

My kids wished for a pool area.

the shores resort was a fantastic place to stay! our family room with a garden view was spacious and perfectly clean. we loved relaxing in the provided chairs while taking in the stunning view of the water. the location was ideal, with plenty of dining options just a short walk away. definitely a hidden gem!

Our stay was fantastic, especially enjoying the indoor pool and relaxing in the hot tub after exploring. The resort’s beautiful landscaping made it feel like a tranquil oasis.
